Water Billing Information

Water bills shall be rendered quarterly on the first business day of February, May, August and November and are due and payable within 30 days from such billing date. All water bills not paid within such dates shall be assessed a late payment charge of 10% for the first 30 days. Bills overdue more than 30 days will have an additional $30.00 penalty on in village accounts and $105.00 on outside village water accounts assessed. Accounts which are over 30 days delinquent will be subject to termination of services.
All water bills may be paid in person, by mail to 12 Church Street, Harriman, New York 10926. On-line payment is also available through a third party billing company and are subject to a convenience fee by clicking on pay your water bill above. All water bills must be paid in full or the payment will be rejected.
All leaks noticeable or unnoticeable are the owners’ responsibility. Therefore, whatever usage that goes through the water meter is the owner’s responsibility.
